We are looking for a dedicated truck dispatcher to join our team as soon as possible . In this position, you will be the central interface between drivers, customers, and internal processes.
Your tasks:
The activities include, among others:
Driver processing and support during delivery and collection of loading units
Query availability and transfer zones in the IT system
Providing relevant information to drivers
Review and, if necessary, correction of data provided by the system
Processing customer inquiries regarding loading units
Recording and documentation of additional services
Receipt and inspection of dangerous goods and waste documents
Checking and documenting the necessary driver licenses for dangerous goods
Material distribution and administration
Damage processing (damage reports)
Additionally, if required, you will take on:
Break replacement checker
Trailer and container inventories
Train checks
